ServiceTitan is looking for a Director, Residential Implementation to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will become a crucial part of the organization enabling the rapid growth of ServiceTitan and ensuring our team is supported in its development. You will be a critical part of the organization's success and will be at the forefront managing the delivery of ServiceTitan’s largest customers.
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned senior leader with extensive experience building and executing strategic initiatives aligned with key business goals.
What You'll Do
Lead, develop, and empower top-tier teams to surpass quarterly objectives and consistently provide exceptional implementation services to clients.
Build, maintain, and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
Develop and train new team members on best practices of project management, the implementation process, and the value of the ServiceTitan platform
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Success, Technical Services, and Product to ensure the voice of the customer is the central focus in recommended enhancements to the software and Customer Journey.
What You'll Need
6+ years of experience with implementing complex enterprise software solutions, experience in client /customer facing roles, experience in B2B software companies and / or consulting is a plus
2+ years of experience leading a team of project managers or software implementation specialists
Natural ability to navigate a steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment
External client-facing experience delivering projects to clients
Excellent emotional intelligence, patience, and active listening skills
Ability to motivate and lead resources in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while not losing focus on the details
Possess a deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to effectively coach others to adopt them
Ability to handle tough client-facing situations with an objective and pragmatic outlook; address issues by delivering concise, constructive feedback and creative solutions
A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
ServiceTitan or Home Services industry exposure a plus

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
