Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and achieving market dominance? We are seeking a Director of North America Sales to set and execute our sales and channel strategy in our education and healthcare markets. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Grow sales profitably while supporting and mentoring our sales teams to ensure long-term growth.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel and operating plan.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to guide our strategic decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach and mentor sales teams to improve channel satisfaction and support key accounts
  • Increase sales on an annual basis – be accountable for creating and implementing appropriate sales plans to attain the targeted growth each year
  • Optimize channel across region and develop VAR (Value Added Reseller) specific strategies driving accountability and market dominance
  • Develop and lead sales training to ensure excellent sales competency within our sales force and the channel sales teams
  • Sales forecasting for 30-60-90 forecasts and annual goal setting (realistic and attainable while focused on growth) via our CRM process
  • Drive value selling and enable Rauland sales team to leverage a consultative approach with the channel to increase $$/ hospital and $$/ school
  • Analyze and provide input on methods of improving our sales functions and sales cycle.
  • Provide feedback on product and marketing needs
  • Core member of strategy team, playing a key role in market expansion

Do You Have?...

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • Minimum of 10 years related sales management experience in healthcare
  • Proven success in driving sales through independent channel
  • Software sales experience preferred
