POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Fintech is a leader who oversees Banking as a Service (BaaS) technologies, partnerships, and product roadmap. They are responsible for managing a team and fostering relationships with fintech companies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embody the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference and model the values in all daily activity.
- Lead and manage a team to drive BaaS initiatives.
- Oversee BaaS technologies and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fintech partners.
- Define and execute the BaaS product roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned and be available to work overtime as requested.
