Grade: Hourly 16 | H-16

Position Summary:

Installation and support of district hardware and software at administrative and school sites. Interface with vendors on third party support or maintenance agreements. Troubleshoot advanced hardware and software problems. Assist in making recommendations for District hardware and software support levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
• Three (3) years PC and peripheral support and troubleshooting experience

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent education/experience
• Microsoft or Apple OS certification or equivalent education/experience
• Dell hardware certification or equivalent education/experience
• Understanding of Active Directory and DNS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
• Familiarity with Apple OS
• Experience with Chrome OS and device repair
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Possess or ability to obtain an Oklahoma Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted
• Ability to bend and stoop
