About the Role

The Field Strategy team at Lattice is looking for a Demo Experience Specialist to level up the way we showcase our product. From product launches to everyday sales calls, you’ll help create and maintain the demo environments that power our go-to-market motion. This role is all about making sure our demos are crisp, compelling, and ready to roll, no matter who’s clicking through. If you’re energized by creative problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and bringing stories to life through data and AI, we’d love to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll own the maintenance and evolution of Lattice’s demo environments, keeping them accurate, up to date, and easy to use across the field.
  • You’ll partner with Enablement to ensure demo environments and supporting materials are ready for product launches and field trainings.
  • You’ll collaborate with Product to shape demo readiness early in the development process, ensuring new features are represented in our environments by the time they launch.
  • You’ll partner with Solutions Engineering to identify high-impact demo stories and ensure the team has early, meaningful exposure to upcoming changes.
  • You’ll manage demo data updates, bringing structure and creativity to a process that’s evolving, whether that means hands-on work or coordinating with external partners or tools.
  • You’ll create and maintain resources like release notes, documentation, and internal guides to help field teams demo with confidence.
  • You’ll keep a pulse on demo needs across segments and use cases, helping us scale from one-size-fits-all to fit-for-purpose.

In your first 30/60/90 days, you’ll take ownership of our current demo environment, get familiar with our internal tools and processes, and begin managing regular updates.

By 6 months to 1 year, you’ll be leading scalable improvements to how we manage demo data, shaping our approach to launch readiness, and influencing standards for how the field experiences Lattice demos.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • You have experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally 3 to 5 years in roles like Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success. If you bring a strong background in creative storytelling or data analysis, less direct SaaS experience could still make you a great match.
  • You’re fluent in AI tools like ChatGPT and Credal, and know how to use them to create documentation, generate demo data, and tell stronger, data-driven stories. You’re confident prompting, iterating, and working alongside AI to move faster and smarter, and you’re excited to bring that experience into a product that’s deeply investing in AI itself.
  • You proactively identify gaps and opportunities, even when direction is minimal or the path forward isn’t obvious.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
  • You understand the importance of storytelling in a sales environment, and how thoughtful data can elevate that story.
  • You’re clear and concise in your communication, especially when writing documentation or explaining technical updates.
  • You’re efficient, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You love solving operational puzzles, bringing structure to chaos, and helping go-to-market teams show up strong.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $137,500 - $172,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
