Global is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to take on the Data Integration Specialist role. S/he will be primarily responsible for helping our DSP partners with their API and data integrations with Global.
Responsibilities will include
- Provide technical support to clients during the API integration process by assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and specifications.
- Perform API testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability for new API development.
- Create and maintain documentation related to API integrations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor API performance and proactively address any issues.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- SQL experience is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, or a related field is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
