The Data Business Manager will play a key role in supporting the Central Division’s strategic direction by providing analytical and project management support across key functions. This role will contribute to business intelligence initiatives, pricing management, and special projects designed to drive growth, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency. This position requires advanced analytical and programming language skills (Python, SQL) as well as proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Business Warehouse.Lead the advancement and adoption of business intelligence tools across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity through data analysis and process optimization.
Lead automation efforts to reduce manual reporting and analysis, freeing up resources and maximizing organizational value.
Develop and deliver training programs on business analytics, data management, and technical topics for division and region associates.
Lead and/or support special projects aligned with the division's strategic goals.
Support the Pricing team on recurring and ad-hoc projects, provide guidance for technical reporting, develop and implement pricing strategies, and manage and maintain the SQL pricing database.
Effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams, creating a collaborative environment and driving projects to successful completion.
Clearly communicate vision, strategic plans, and key results to senior leadership to secure buy-in and support.
Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that will drive actions across a diverse range of functions, geographies, and positions.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysis.
Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with experience in data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to perform root cause analysis.
Experience / knowledge of prescriptive analytics and predictive models and methods.
In-depth knowledge of PowerBI (incl. Dax language) is a plus.
Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse is a plus.
Fluency in Query / Programming languages (R, Python, SQL or other)
Ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environment, competing priorities and deadlines.
Methodical and extremely organized with the ability to effectively lead and manage transverse, complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or production companies is a plus.
