Please be advised that this role is required to be located in one of the InterWorks Oklahoma offices. Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.

Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications: $125,000-$140,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute tailored services strategies for our key Interworks Anchor and Growth accounts.
  • Customer Success: Drive impressive outcomes by reducing churn, fostering multi-service line adoption, and increasing client advocacy.
  • Revenue Growth: Expand and nurture services revenue within your assigned accounts.
  • Business Reviews: Oversee and ensure effective adoption of quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner Development: Support and advance select service line partners to enhance their contributions.
  • Collaborative Planning: Create and manage strategic Customer Success plans in partnership with our Strategy, Solutions, Operations, and Delivery teams.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Utilize data to refine processes, boost transparency, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced sales professionals, offering guidance, feedback, and mentoring to drive their success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of account management or customer success management experience.
  • CRM Expertise: 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com or HubSpot CRM.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Critical Thinker: Strong skills in planning and translating vision into actionable strategies.
  • Inspiring Leader: Exceptional at managing and motivating a team, and able to lead seasoned professionals effectively.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: Focused on data-driven decisions and problem resolution.
  • Emotionally Intelligent: Capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics with high emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
