WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Customer Accounts Analyst (CAA) serves as a key liaison between SageNet and its customers, responsible for managing customer billing according to contract terms and providing exceptional customer service. The role is integral to maintaining strong client relationships and protecting company revenue. CAA is responsible for ensuring that customer accounts are accurately and timely billed. They will design and implement billing processes, ensure that invoices accurately reflect terms and conditions, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly billing of customer contracts, cancellation fees, and other non-recurring fees.
- Prepare accurate monthly invoices with supporting excel files to send to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager, Program Managers, and Sales Managers to resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
- Properly maintain contract pricing in SAP.
- Analyze and understand customer contracts to ensure accurate billing.
- Ensure proper set up of customer billing contracts.
- Monitor and understand monthly fluctuations in customer billing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong math skills and a proven ability to perform difficult calculations.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience using spreadsheet software, to run calculations and analyze data, such Excel (strong skills).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- SAP or other enterprise software experience is a plus.

- This position will report to an office and will be part of a larger team atmosphere.
- Productively work in a hybrid work environment that consists of 3 mandatory “all-in” days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 virtual days. Hybrid work environment is applied per position/department and may be subject to change per changes in the Policy.
