Description

Job Summary: The Corporate Citizenship Associate supports the company’s social responsibility initiatives and efforts to make a positive impact on society. Their role involves implementing programs that align with the company’s values, enhance its reputation, and contribute to community well-being.

Essential Responsibilities:

Program Coordination:

• Supporting community engagement initiatives, such as volunteering events, donation drives, or sustainability programs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Supporting relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and other external stakeholders.

• Collaborating with internal teams to align corporate citizenship initiatives with company goals.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Coordinating logistics for events such as internal meetings and engagement activities, fundraising campaigns, employee volunteer days, or awareness initiatives.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Tracking the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, such as volunteer hours, donations, or sustainability metrics.

• Preparing reports to communicate outcomes to management and stakeholders.

Communications and Awareness:

• Supporting content for newsletters, social media, and internal communications to promote CSR activities.

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with ordering supplies, meals and other items for the team.

• Handling inquiries from employees or community members about CSR initiatives.

Other Responsibilities/Activities:


Collaboration within the team and across other departments and locations.

Additional duties as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Event planning experience

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Essential Mental Functions:

Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse groups.

Analytical skills for tracking program performance and measuring impact.

Passion for social, environmental, and community issues.

Essential Physical Functions:

Sitting and standing for prolonged periods.

Requires periodic visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.

Lifting, loading, packing and distributing items related to events and engagement activities is required.

Travel may be required including overnight stays.
