Job Summary:

Job Summary
- Curriculum design support as needed for new online course offerings
- Program recruitment as directed
- Conduct market research as directed
- Help Dean and Director understand and strategically communicate with internal and external audiences
- Coordinating schedules / calendars / events / communications for CPS
- Assist with event planning, support administrators, provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for CPS, and coordinate collaboration between CPS and other units while solving problems for internal and external audience

- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology or closely related field
- Two (2) years of related professional experience in instructional design and training in higher education.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; instructional design and faculty coordination; video production; market / audience research; event coordination, office coordination

Preferred
- Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology or closely related field
- Two (2) to five (5) years' experience

Skills, Proficiencies, Knowledge
- Online curriculum design
- Customer Service
- Problem solving
- Excellent writing / editing / communication
- Event coordination / planning
- Computer savvy - must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and video editing software
- Must be able to create strategic messages / graphics for social media and video -knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop and/or Illustrator desired
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent writing skills necessary
- Ability to write a script, shoot, edit and assemble recorded raw video into a professional finished product as needed for new online courses
- Work with and produce video graphics, special effects
- Communicate and coordinate with faculty for syllabi, online course video shoots and marketing materials for class
