Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our suppliers and customers in providing necessary compliance documentation for our electronics manufacturing operations. This role ensures that all supplier-provided materials meet industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, and document management within the electronics manufacturing sector.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with suppliers to collect, review, and verify compliance documentation, including material declarations, safety certifications, and environmental compliance records.
- Ensure supplier-provided documentation aligns with industry regulations including but not limited to: RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, IMDS, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS and ISO 9001.
- Maintain and manage compliance databases, tracking document expiration dates and requesting updates as needed.
- Assist in developing and communicating compliance guidelines and training materials for suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, quality assurance, engineering, and legal, to resolve compliance-related issues.
- Conduct audits of supplier documentation to identify gaps and mitigate potential risks.
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers by guiding them through compliance expectations and documentation processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, procurement, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements including but not limited to: RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, IMDS, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS and ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in compliance tracking tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Compliance, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with supplier compliance management software or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Familiarity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and material sourcing restrictions.
