Job Location: Must live within a commutable distance of a MetLife Office near Aurora IL, Bloomfield CT, Bridgewater NJ, Cary NC, Clarks Summit PA, Oriskany NY, Tampa FL, Warwick RI, San Juan PR


In office once a month for meetings

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Research claims and service complaints using multiple applications and systems.
  • Partner with the Claims and Service Organizations to bring the complaint to resolution.
  • Communicate with the complainant, various Departments of Insurance, and internal customers as needed.
  • Update claim applications with complaint status and resolution.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor Degree or equivilant experience
  • Knowledge of insurance and claim processes preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and detail oriented
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
