FC Tulsa is looking for a Communications & Public Relations Manager. The PR Manager would serve as the club’s brand steward, tasked with building and protecting the public perception. This role is a strategic communicator who thrives on media engagement, storytelling, and public-facing initiatives. You’ll lead efforts to grow brand awareness and reputation through thoughtful pitch development and placement, manage media logistics particularly on match days, and develop authentic connections with the local community and press as well as within the relevant sports communities locally, regionally, nationally, and even globally. This position requires a positive attitude, a growth mindset, a fast-paced work ethic, and a willingness to adapt and grow with the club.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Cultivate and manage relationships with media at all levels.
- Coordinate and lead all media availability, including pre-game pressers and post-game interviews.
- Prep coaches and players for media opportunities, ensuring on-brand messaging.
- Create and distribute press materials, including media kits, advisories, and recaps.
- Develop strategies for brand positioning, reputation management, and thought leadership.
- Coordinate media-facing events, press conferences, and community appearances.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnership, and community teams to amplify key initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- 3–6 years in public relations, preferably in Soccer.
- Personal Passion or Professional Experience in Soccer.
- Proven success with brand storytelling, media strategy, and press engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with crisis communications and media training best practices.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Live sports broadcast experience a plus.
