As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing and infrastructure development.

Job Summary

The Commercial & Data Analyst is responsible for leading the data collection, analysis, and distribution of commercial operational data, as well as pricing information, to support making informed business decisions. This role will administer orders/sales reporting, price deviation requests, rebates, special pricing programs, and other analysis as required. Through reporting of commercial, pricing, and other data, this role will be expected to develop insights into the market that lead to additional revenue or growth opportunities. The role will work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, & Information Technology, and will play a critical role in margin expansion as well as the success of operations within the ERP system.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)

  1. Develop, implement, and improve Crosby’s commercial reporting and analysis processes, leading to increased insights and revenue
  2. Analyze, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s – identify revenue and margin opportunities, interface with appropriate teams to drive improved results
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert when making decisions on pricing
  4. Support the generation of promotional activities and cascade potential demand changes to the organization
  5. Partner with Sales and Operations to suggest activities that reduce obsolete inventory and improve efficiencies
  6. Coordinate with Customer Service on pricing and other related inquiries
  7. Facilitate various rebate programs administration and reporting
  8. Conduct Ad-Hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support commercial business decisions

Special Location/Position Requirements:

Tulsa OK or metropolitan area preferred.

  • Must complete Excel test in conjunction with application / interview process

Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated aptitude for detailed analysis including performing complex analysis such as regression, forecasting, cannibalization, and probability modeling
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing standardize sales reporting
  • Must be a self-starter and possess drive for results
  • Prior experience working in an MRP/ERP system (SAP S4)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions based on data (some incomplete) and analysis using good commercial judgment
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
  • Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and/or other data visualization software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and others
  • Understanding or familiarity of PowerQuery, SQL, VBA, or other programming languages preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business required
  • Master’s Degree a plus (MBA or related business field)

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

Normal office conditions. Office may be located in a two-story office building. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interaction with other people. Normal office conditions include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting, driving and/or traveling.
