Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level Client Engagement Account Manager to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in English, Accounting, or education who are looking to start a career in client engagement/ sales. Introverted individuals are encouraged to apply as this position requires excellent follow-up communication skills. This position is IN-OFFICE.


Entry-level starting pay for this role is $17.


What will you do:

  • Collaborate with the existing sales team to manage follow-ups on sales activities.
  • Organize demonstrations for account management teams for Spherexx's software products. This includes following up on sales related to websites, search engine marketing, branding, and collateral design services.
  • Engage in selling our products and services to potential and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met effectively.
  • Identify and address the specific needs of potential clients, providing tailored solutions.
  • Take charge of finalizing sales, including submitting all required paperwork to the project or account manager.
  • Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals from various prospecting activities.
  • Use our CRM system to keep detailed records of sales, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up actions in the assigned territory.
  • Support the marketing team by helping prepare targeted presentations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Spherexx products and services, staying informed about new enhancements and client feedback.
  • Be HIGHLY internet savvy with a minimum of 3 years of experience using computers and software in career or schooling.
  • Exhibit strong internet proficiency, with at least 3 years of computer and software usage experience.
  • Understand the importance of website design and development in business, particularly in internet advertising and digital branding.
  • Demonstrate goal orientation, self-motivation, integrity, and a keen eye for detail to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Primarily engage with clients via phone and Internet (email, ZOOM, GoToMeeting, etc.), with minimal travel requirements.
  • Spend the majority of time at a desk, using a computer and phone to assist clients.
  • Possess excellent phone and written customer service skills, along with dedication and perseverance.
  • Manage contracts for new business and renewal contract management.
  • Type at a speed of 65 words per minute with 90% accuracy, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Have strong English and grammar skills, as written communication is a critical aspect of client interaction.
  • You will also work on other administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.
