What you can expect

Zoom’s Business Applications org is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will support Go-To- Market business teams. This person will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes that support the sales organization. The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, Go-To-Market strategies, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce). The BSA will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize systems, drive efficiency, and drive the transformational journey supporting overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Sales Operations, FP&A and Compensation teams to drive automations in our Lead to Quote, Reporting and Compensation processes

  • Collaborating with Salesforce, Zuora, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define functional requirements, process flows, and tasks for scalable technology solutions.

  • Facilitating requirements and solution review sessions with business teams, functional owners and end-users to ensure alignment and avoid surprises

  • Collaborating with architects, developers, testers and other project team members to translate requirements, design and develop solutions,

  • Leading delivery teams on development, testing, deployment and post launch activities

  • Developing powerful relationships across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert (SME)

    and trusted advisor in all processes related to sales

What we’re looking for

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent

  • Have extensive experience(7+) analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting

    process flows and solution design, including developing project /sprint plans

  • Have extensive experience(4+) with Salesforce.com, focusing on Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Quotes) and integrations with tools like LeadSpace, LeanData, Pardot, and Marketo

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions

  • Demonstrate expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane, sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes), as well as prototyping solutions in Salesforce.

  • Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SOQL, SQL

  • Experience with compensation models for Sales teams in a SaaS environment is a nice to have

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$94,600.00

Maximum:

$218,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
