Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team!
This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established role within a growing organization. The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing business intelligence processes, providing key insights that drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data.
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources.
-
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and data interpretation.
-
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuously improve and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
-
Stay current with BI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst role with a strong focus on SQL and Power BI.
-
Proven experience in data analysis, report development, and dashboard creation.
-
Experience with data warehousing and database management.
-
Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
-
Strong expertise in creating reports in Power BI, including knowledge of DAX and ETL processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Understanding of financial data analysis.
-
Experience with automation and process improvement.
-
Python scripting and development experience.
-
Previous experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
