B2C Product Marketing Manager
Job Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the growth and adoption of Pluralsight’s Skills product across B2C market segments and positioning the unique value of our Skills product.
You will champion the product experience, the needs of customers and prospects, and support the development and delivery of go-to-market launch programs focused on creating demand and ensuring customers are getting maximum value from our industry-leading tech skills development platform. This means ensuring the right message is delivered through the right channel to the right audience and persona.

What you’ll do:
Support identifying market segmentation and analysis for B2C buyer personas
Develop and evangelize messaging and positioning for our target audiences with key stakeholders
Develop product and content go-to-market strategies to both prospects and customers with the goal of driving demand, adoption and engagement
Develop strategy for in-funnel communications; continuously measuring, optimizing and adding additional communications to drive engagement
Identify cross-sell/up-sell trigger opportunities and develop messaging strategies
Develop first-party data capture opportunities for prospects and customers in efforts to drive personalized experiences and communications
Have a always testing and learning mindset; analyze data and insights to develop optimizations and future iterations to drive increased growth
Partner with global paid media to support efforts and ensuring messaging and strategy is aligned to brand and product positioning
Support new B2C strategic business decisions and tests by developing marketing plans and coordinating cross-functionally to meet execution deadlines
Develop detailed and thorough creative briefs and kick them off with our creative partners
Support internal and external customer research efforts
Support discount and promotion activities and execution
Experience you’ll bring:
Proven product marketing experience, working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics and Marketing
A track record of driving growth, adoption, retention and results
Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to build consensus and articulate program recommendations to senior executives
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $88,900 - $109,800 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
