Position Information Position Title Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry Job Description The Oxley College of Health and Natural Science and The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The University of Tulsa invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor in Biochemistry. Candidates with a neuroscience specialty are especially encouraged to apply. The position begins August 2025, or possibly sooner.This Tenure-Track position comes with a generous start-up package that includes lab space in Keplinger Hall, protected time for establishing an independent research program, and mentoring by collegial and supportive faculty. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong extramurally funded research program to support the growth of TU to an R1 institution. Required Qualifications Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree, postdoctoral experience, and a record of research excellence.
