APPLICATIONS SUPPORT DEVELOPER

You’ll handle support requests, perform maintenance tasks, and contribute to the upcoming upgrade to .NET 10. What You’ll Do:
- Perform programming and testing for computer-based applications with a focus on maintenance, support, and implementation.
- Follow pre-established guidelines and utilize a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, utilizing strong problem-solving and technical reasoning skills.
- Measure and analyze software problems to identify root causes and develop solutions to reduce recurrence.
- Document resolutions, feedback, and support trends in tracking systems to improve processes.
- Create and maintain user support documentation for troubleshooting and training.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and prioritize support requests.
- Support product lifecycle by contributing to user story reviews, technical documentation, and product delivery.
- Assist with planning and implementing product upgrades, ensuring alignment with coding standards and architecture.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET) and database concepts for system support tasks.
- Ensure adherence to quality and security standards during maintenance and support.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in application development languages.
- Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related technical field from a college, junior college, or technical school.
- 3–5 years of application development, including system architecture and design.
- 5+ years of professional application development experience.
- Proficiency in application development across front-end, back-end, and relational databases. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Familiarity with IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $80,000-125,000
Momentum3 provides competitive compensation, which includes a base salary and the potential for quarterly bonuses. The final base salary offered will be determined by factors such as your skills, education, experience, and/or geographic location. The salary range provided reflects the full scope for this position, offers are not typically made at or near the top of the range.
Work Location: Hybrid to Tulsa, OK.
