Alliance Lead - Mitel Partnership

The Alliance Lead will be responsible for managing and expanding the strategic partnership with Mitel. This role will focus on go-to-market Go To Market activities, including resale initiatives, fostering new connections, and engaging with joint partners to drive mutual growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relationship management skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the communications industry and Mitel partner base.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic plan for the Mitel partnership, aligning objectives and initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Working closely with Zoom territory partner-facing resources to support the prioritization of the partnership by Mitel and Zoom partners
  • Managing and support resale activities, ensuring seamless integration of Zoom and Mitel solutions to enhance customer offerings.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at Mitel and within the joint partner ecosystem to foster collaboration and drive engagement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of joint efforts.
  • Working with Zoom teams to develop training materials and programs to educate joint teams and partners on Mitel solutions and partnership benefits.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or sales in the technology or communications sector.
  • Have a solid understanding of the UCaaS and communications landscape, particularly related to Mitel’s offerings and partner community.
  • Have a proven track record of driving successful Go To Market strategies and initiatives.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$144,900.00

Maximum:

$316,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
