As a Software Engineer at Agentech, you’ll play a crucial role in building our AI workforce of the future. You’ll be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development, creating innovative features and systems that drive our business forward. As a Software Engineer at Agentech You Will….

• Spend 80% of your time coding and 20% on planning and team collaboration
• Work equally on front and back-end development
• Create exciting AI driven features and enhance user interactions
• Convert feedback into actionable improvements
• Translate requirements into practical solutions
  
  

What We Are looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, MongoDB
• Proficiency with AWS deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• A willingness to dive in and go figure it out
• Confidence, curiosity, and problem solving skills
• Ability to iterate quickly, communicate effectively, and embrace feedback
• A collaborative, ego-free approach to work

What would be extra awesome...

• Experience with prompt engineering and designing agentic systems with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.
• Experience in the insurance space
• Formal engineering or scientific education
• Experience with FastAPI or Rust
