Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential operational and clerical support to the Office of Enrollment Management, emphasizing customer service for all OSU-CHS constituents and visitors. This role involves effective collaboration with colleagues and support for the Managing Director of Enrollment Systems and Analytics, as well as the Admissions and Recruitment teams, including applicant evaluations for the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Additionally, the assistant helps the Registrar with student record requests and supports Financial Aid personnel and students seeking assistance.

Environmental Hazards:
Typical office environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-2 years college/technical training or equivalent experience
-Valid Driver's License

Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of computer software programs and the ability to learn and use other systems that may be used within the University or department
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, must demonstrate accuracy in work, be attentive to detail, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and be able to function effectively within a team
- Must maintain electronic filing systems and records
- Must possess excellent customer service, time management and problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task
