FINANCE TEAM - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
The CCK Finance team is responsible for managing the firm's finances, including general accounting, reporting, and strategic financial management. The Accounting Assistant role involves functional accounting responsibilities, such as day-to-day record keeping and reporting. Adaptability is key to excelling in the fast-paced environment of the CCK Accounting Assistant role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cash/Banking – Processing electronic payments, reviewing and posting daily cash receipts
· Accounts Receivable – comfortable with client interaction to assist clients with billing resolutions & payments, review of aging reports, collection calls on accounts
· Accounts Payable – provide initial review of supporting documentation & data entry of invoices and expenses, review credit card transactions and confirm support included.
· Administration – deliver internal contact report requests, cross training on other roles within department (CPE tracking, license renewal and time entry), special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting or other related field
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years account receivable, accounts payable and cash collections experience
Location: Tulsa; In-office with some hybrid options
