Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Account Relationship Manager (ARM) specializing in Medical Insurance Providers (Payers) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This role will be focused on understanding the unique needs of these clients, particularly around data quality, reporting, care management, quality measures, and value-based care initiatives. The ARM will be the key liaison ensuring that payers and ACOs leverage MyHealth’s services to improve their data-driven decision-making and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Relationship Building and Outreach Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Payers and ACOs, ensuring that their data and reporting needs are met through our HIE services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality, healthcare analytics, and value-based care programs (e.g., Quality Measures, HEDIS, ACO reporting).
  • Act as the liaison between Payer/ACO clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of MyHealth products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data quality and reporting standards meet the requirements of Payers and ACOs.
  • Track key performance metrics and client engagement, focusing on improving outcomes in care coordination, quality reporting, and population health.
  • Regularly communicate updates, progress, and future initiatives to Payer and ACO leadership.
  • Assist in resolving any data-related issues or escalations, working with internal teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with or within Payers, ACOs, or healthcare organizations, particularly focused on data quality, reporting, and care management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including claims data, quality measures, and population health metrics.
  • Familiarity with claims data and All Payer Claims Databases, and understanding how these can be utilized to drive product development and improve client engagement.
  • Experience working with Healthcare Information Exchanges (HIEs) or similar healthcare data-sharing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and C-suite executives within Payer organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with care management tools, healthcare analytics platforms, or HIE systems.
  • Experience managing contracts with Payers, ACOs, and understanding population health initiatives and quality measure reporting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a remote position. The employee must have a private location from which to work, with Internet access and a personal smartphone with capability to be secured and have support for SMS, apps for multifactor authentication and remote hotspot (technology stipend provided to help offset costs). Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional virtual office environment (Remote). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, paper binders and paper cutters.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required in support of on-site meetings, projects and customers, primarily local and statewide.
