Sales & Business Development
**Role Overview:**
Join Onfloor Technologies as a New Business Consultant (Account Executive) where you'll be responsible for closing qualified leads generated through our inbound funnel. Your role starts once our Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) books an appointment with a prospect. You'll take a consultative approach to understand the prospects needs and deliver customized Onfloor solutions. Your mission is to convert these qualified leads into satisfied, long-term customers by demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their business outcomes and closing the deal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Closing new business opportunities into 18+ new customers per month.
- Deliver a monthly new business sales quota and goals for a specified book of business.
- Conducting thorough and consultative sales presentations and product demos for qualified prospects.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs, providing tailored Onfloor solutions.
- Managing the sales process from initial consultation through to closing the deal.
- Collaborating closely with Lead Development Representatives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Following up promptly on appointments set by LDRs to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilizing CRM software to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide relevant insights to prospects.
- Participating in regular sales training and self-paced learning to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Attending and contributing to sales meetings, marketing webinars, and trade shows as needed.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other departments, such as Engineering, Marketing, Product Support, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Providing feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Overall execution of sales outlined strategy for assigned territory and book of business.
- Contribute to constantly improving and systematizing our sales process and expertise.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience with Sandler sales methodology or a similar, well-practiced, intentional selling system.
- 2+ years of experience carrying $200,000+ per month in one-time high-ticket transaction revenue (no recurring account revenue).
- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales with a $12,000+ average order value.
- 2+ years of experience holding 3+ consultative sales calls per day.
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent follow-up abilities, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Mastery of tone and cadence of speech, with zero use of filler words (“ums,” “likes,” etc.) on sales calls.
- High energy, competitive drive, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills; you take pride in your craft.
- Experience with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with Onfloor’s equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to adapt and grow in a rapidly changing environment and market.
