Our Blood Institute is the sixth-largest independent blood center in the nation, providing blood products to over 240 hospitals and medical facilities across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Founded over 50 years ago, OBI has expanded its reach and now operates 17 donor centers, ensuring a reliable blood supply for patients in need. The organization is committed to meeting transfusion and healthcare needs, and it has introduced innovative programs like Donable®, a peer-to-peer app that incentivizes users to recruit blood donors. OBI's strong community presence and partnerships with medical facilities position it as a vital resource in the healthcare ecosystem.
