This includes meeting revenue goals for individual and major giving, event sponsorships, program sponsorships, and community events. Requirements Principal Responsibilities and Duties: <ul> <li>Annual Campaign and Major Gifts</li> <li>Identifying, cultivating, and stewarding individual donor relationships.</li> <li>Maintaining a major gifts portfolio and regularly soliciting major gifts.</li> <li>Strategically managing donor relationships and frequently meeting with individual donors.</li> <li>Creating, testing, monitoring, and evaluating appeals and campaigns ensuring budgeted goals are met.</li> <li>Assessing current plans for annual donors and implementing improvements.</li> <li>Focusing on the growth and retention of the annual donor pool.</li> <li>Developing and growing individual donor revenue.</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining a formal Planned Giving Program.</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining Donor Giving Circle to engage major donors. Services are provided by a multicultural and multilingual staff with first-language proficiency in Arabic, Burmese, Dari, Pashto, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Zomi. Position Description: This is a project-based position responsible for performing interpretation and translation assignments for YWCA staff and clients. Projects include interpretation and translation services across a broad range of fields such as social services, healthcare, education, and legal services. The ability to provide On-Site, VRI, and OPI is required. This position requires high standards of professional conduct. The functions performed by interpreters and translators require them to act faithfully, independently, impartially, and with full respect for the duty of confidentiality.
