Targeting the highest value customers with Voyantis delivers improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) as high as 20-50%.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>At Voyantis, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion into the US. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships across multiple verticals such as Fin-Tech, On-Demand Services, Health &amp; Wellness apps and more. You will have a deep understanding of performance marketing best practices and how to leverage leading ad platforms such as Meta &amp; Google to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling to performance marketing teams in both the web and mobile space, coupled with a proven track record of selling to senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CMOs and Heads of Departments such as Analytics/Data Science. This role requires a consultative and value-driven sales approach.</p>      <h2>Responsibilities</h2>  <ul> <li>Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with Growth Marketing teams.</li> <li>Build an intimate understanding of Voyantis products and our place in the Growth Marketing stack.</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals and close deals.</li> <li>Prepare ongoing sales forecasts and routinely report on quarterly progress. </li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners.</li> <li>Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and set new customers up for success.</li> <li>Provide effective and productive market/client feedback to Voyantis’ product/engineering team.</li> <li>Be a self-starter, comfortable with the challenge of being a founding member of the US Sales team, demonstrating the initiative and drive to establish a strong market presence.</li> </ul> <p><br></p>      <h2>Requirements</h2>  <ul> <li>8-10 years of outbound, enterprise sales experience in Analytics, Data, Marketing Tech or Ad-tech platforms. </li> <li>Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in previous sales roles.</li> <li>Embody a ‘hunter’ mindset in sales, proactively generating new business opportunities and cultivating a robust sales pipeline.</li> <li>Experience in selling technology based on a SaaS model. </li> <li>Experience in partnering with Sales Engineering/Pre Sales throughout the Sales Cycle.</li> <li>Prior experience in selling to VP &amp; C Level roles across leading performance marketing/growth teams. </li> <li>Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships and strong presentation skills.</li> <li>Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment.</li> <li>Experience using modern prospecting, nurture and pipeline technologies is needed in this role.</li> <li>Tenacity, drive to learn, and self-motivated.</li> </ul> <p>* Voyantis is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.</p>
