<dl> <dt><h2>Job Summary</h2></dt> <dd>  <p>Assist with the repair, maintenance, and operation of the building mechanical systems for assigned campus, according to established procedures.</p> This is a Safety Sensitive position pursuant to Oklahoma Statute <a href="http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=485999" target="_blank">OKLA. STAT. tit. 63, § 427.8 (2020).</a> </dd> <dt><h2>Essential Duties</h2></dt> <dd>  <p>Perform minor maintenance activities such as light bulb changes, filter replacements, and drain cleaning.</p> <p>Maintain equipment lubrication and may be required to perform minor fabrications.</p> <p>Assist in the maintenance and/or repair of various plumbing and electrical systems.</p> <p>Safety-coats all piping and equipment throughout the campus.</p> <p>Maintain all equipment in the facility in a clean and orderly manner at all times.</p> <p>Assist with snow and ice removal.</p>  </dd> <dt><h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2></dt> <dd>  <p>Require demonstrated ability to work on one’s own initiative with general supervision.</p> <p>Require demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others.</p> <p>Require demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with education, training or experience related to large A/C or boilers including general maintenance and electrical systems preferred.</p>  </dd> <dt><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2></dt> <dd>  <p>Ability to move heavy (50 pounds) objects.</p>  </dd> </dl>
