Mechanical Engineer

Thermal Specialties Heat Treating facility in Tulsa, OK is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician. The purpose of this position is to provide equipment and facility maintenance and support. The position will support industrial furnaces and related equipment performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues that arise. This position requires solid mechanical troubleshooting skills. As the maintenance technician you will assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and vehicles. You will work to minimize unplanned downtime, improve production quality, increase equipment efficiencies, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work with estimator to establish project budgets and work to attain. 4.) Work to provide minimum downtime to our customers. Role and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work in a safe manner, making sure that all necessary precautions are taken. Maintain diligence in enforcing safety requirements throughout the organization</li> <li>Meet or exceed customer requirements for projects. Work with engineering and management to provide feedback when opportunities for improvement arise</li> <li>Provide feedback to engineer/estimator when goals are not believed to be attainable. Provide feedback on lessons learned when goals are missed.
