This role is integral to our expanding business. If you're dedicated to making an impact, enjoy collaborating with a driven team, and aspire to advance your career, we invite you to be part of our journey.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership, engineering expertise, and overall project management for water resources projects, involving tasks such as inspection, investigation, evaluation, design, and construction of both existing and new dams, reservoirs, levees, and hydraulic structures.</li> <li>Ensure project excellence through diligent project management, maintaining high quality and adherence to industry standards.</li> <li>Conduct senior-level review of construction documents, including calculations, plans, and specifications.</li> <li>Contribute actively to business development by participating in proposal creation and engaging with clients.</li> <li>Foster robust client relationships and identify potential business prospects within the water resources space.</li> <li>Develop and review design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with multiple offices to equitably distribute workloads and optimize resource utilization.</li> <li>Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars, fortifying our reputation and expanding our network.</li> </ul> <p><em>We have one current opening. Senior Dam Engineer

Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.</p>   <h2>Job Description</h2>  <p>As a Senior Electrical Designer on our Data Center team, you will work collaboratively with engineers and other technicians on the team using CAD software to create plans and perform design work. You will also contribute to project production sheets by adding dimension/layout plans and title/detail sheets.
