<h4> <a href="#"></a><strong>Job Summary</strong> </h4> <p>The Accounts Payable Associate is primarily responsible for the processing and payment of all invoices in an accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to maintaining accurate A/P files, ensuring accurate set-up of vendors, and supporting the regional offices in all matters related to accounts payable.</p> <h4> <a href="#"></a><strong>Essential Functions</strong> </h4> <ul> <li> <a href="#"></a> Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”</li> <li>Actively support the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”</li> <li>Set-up and maintain vendor files. Audit all new vendor setups.</li> <li>Select and process weekly check runs for each regional office. In addition, select and process checks daily to take advantage of discounts.</li> <li>Process weekly expense reports for all regions; enter all inter-company invoices for all regions.</li> <li>Enter, process, and distribute child support assignment payments and other employee garnishment payments for all regions weekly.</li> <li>Code, enter and maintain all files on all taxes, freight, check requests, expenses, invoices, etc. for the corporate office.</li> <li>Interact frequently with regional personnel on A/P issues; act as a reference sources for the regions on all matters related to accounts payable.</li> <li>Research discrepancies and questions regarding A/P.</li> <li>Code, enter and maintain all files on all taxes, freight, check requests, expenses, invoices, etc. for the corporate office.</li> <li>Reconcile and maintain monthly field check registers for all regions.</li> <li>Process, review, print and distribute 1099’s at year end.</li> <li>Provide back-up coverage for the Receptionist, to include answering multi-line telephone, forwarding calls, and greeting visitors.</li> <li>Perform additional responsibilities, as directed.</li> </ul> <h4> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </h4> <ul> <li>1+ year’s general accounting and/or accounts payable experience.</li> <li>Computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual.</li> <li>Strong detail orientation; must have ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.</li> </ul> <p>Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision plans covering eligible employees and dependents, disability benefits, life and AD&amp;D insurance, an employee assistance program (EAP), a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), a robust wellness program and adoption assistance. <h4> <a href="#"></a><strong>Job Summary</strong> </h4> <p>The Sr. Content Marketing Specialist - Distribution executes the Company’s sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue- and lead-generation by promoting our top end-markets through content and campaign creation. Responsibilities include creating content for use on websites, in advertising, on social media, and for in-person interactions. This position maintains the Company’s paid advertising and media channels and provides trade show and event support.
