This role focuses on direct ownership of high value customer engagement, requiring strong economic thinking skills around marginal analysis and risk evaluation, to develop value proposition and influence key decision makers. </p> <p></p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <p>· Lead formal and informal presentations to progress high level knowledge sharing around technologies and operating practices. </p> <p>· Engage in discussions with a global customer base to better understand their equipment needs.</p> <p>· Coordinate with multiple John Zink and Koch Engineered Solutions business offices to find creative solutions that best meet the customer’s needs.</p> <p>· Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to develop the technical and commercial proposal that communicates the value of our proposed solution.</p> <p>· Work with the equipment execution team to ensure the equipment is built in compliance with customer specifications and expectations.</p> <p>· Develop commercial proposals based upon applications of our technical solutions.</p>  <p><strong>The Experience You Will Bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements (Basic Qualifications): </strong></p> <p>· Experience with process design or technical sales</p> <p>· Experience working cross functionally with sales and engineering teams</p> <p>· Willing to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What Will Put You Ahead</strong></p> <p>· Five (5) years of applications engineering, technical sales, or business development experience </p> <p>· Experience working in the Petrochemical or Refining industries</p> <p>· Experience with pricing strategy, negotiating contracts, etc. </p> <p>· Experience working with a global customer base</p> <p>· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Technology Engineering, or other relevant technical degree or 5+ years of closely related experience in the combustion industry</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><em>At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
