As a Telephone Customer Feedback Specialist, you'll conduct phone interviews with customers of top-rated brands to capture their experiences—both good and bad. These reviews help other consumers navigate major life purchases.This is not a sales role. It’s a people-first position where listening, empathy, and clear communication are the most important skills.
