<h2>Job Details</h2>    Level Entry   Job Location Tulsa, OK - Tulsa, OK   Position Type Full Time   Education Level Not Specified     Salary Range $18.50 - $18.50 Hourly   Travel Percentage Up to 25%   Job Shift Day   Job Category Warehouse    <h2>Description</h2>  <h1><strong>Job Description</strong>: </h1> <p>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all warehouse duties including pulling orders, staging, replenishing inventory, labeling, building kits, receiving, assisting with customer pick-ups, working with Program Coordinators for internal program needs, overall safety and cleanliness of the warehouse. </p> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure safety and quality are top priority</li> <li>Must work well with others and succeed in a team environment</li> <li>Prepares refrigerated and frozen orders for distribution</li> <li>Handles program purchase invoices and collaborates with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Maintains CERES inputs and cycle counts</li> <li>Provides intake support for new vendors/producers or vendors/producers for Farm to Table Program</li> <li>Adhere to food safety regulations</li> <li>Daily cleaning, organization and date labeling</li> <li>Remove spoiled product and clean coolers</li> <li> Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager </li> </ul>   <h2>Qualifications</h2>  <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess many of these professional and personal abilities and attributes:</p> <ul> <li>A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school diploma, GED or technical education and prior experience in a warehouse and distribution environment. </li> <li>Must be able to obtain a forklift certification</li> <li>Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and enthusiasm, both individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and ability to resolve problems</li> <li>Must be able to use a computer and hand-held scanner, and operate all warehouse equipment safely</li> <li>Must be able to use office equipment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and follow through on multiple daily tasks and projects.</li> <li>Leadership, diplomacy, interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Personal Characteristics:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A desire to fulfill the Food Bank’s mission and uphold its core values.</li> <li>Integrity, enthusiasm, perspective, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.</li> <li>A desire to be a part of an innovative, entrepreneurial organization with the ability to prioritize, move quickly, and maintain strong follow-through in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>The intellectual depth, maturity, wisdom, and collaborative skills to garner the trust and confidence of volunteer and volunteer leaders, staff, and other constituents.</li> </ul>
