Boddle Learning is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Advertising Content Creator to develop and guide compelling video and static assets that grab attention, drive engagement, and convert viewers into customers. This role involves closely coordinating with teacher influencer contractors who will be capturing the raw footage, while you provide strategic and creative direction. A deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media ad formats is crucial for success in this position. You will collaborate with the Head of Growth, Marketing Assistant, Community Specialist, and Paid Ads Specialist to optimize creative strategies, align on campaign objectives, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Video Asset Planning &amp; Editing‍<ul> <li>Provide creative direction to teacher influencer contractors for video shoots (UGC style).</li> <li>Edit and assemble raw footage into high-performing ad content optimized for TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms.</li> <li>Stay up to date on platform-specific best practices, ensuring content is tailored to each channel’s unique format.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Static Asset Creation &amp; Editing‍<ul> <li>Design attention-grabbing static images, carousels, and graphics that resonate with target audiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.</li> <li>Utilize performance data (e.g., A/B tests) to refine designs and visuals.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Coordination with Community &amp; Paid Ads Teams‍<ul> <li>Work hand-in-hand with the Community Specialist to identify UGC opportunities and manage teacher influencer deliverables.</li> <li>Partner with the Paid Ads Specialist to ensure ad creatives align with targeting strategies and campaign objectives.</li> <li>Continuously refine content based on feedback and performance insights.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Ad Creative Optimization‍<ul> <li>Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate to pinpoint improvements.</li> <li>Conduct regular A/B tests on visuals, captions, and calls-to-action to elevate ad performance.</li> <li>Document outcomes, share insights, and iterate on best practices to keep creative strategies fresh and data-driven.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Project Management &amp; Timely Delivery‍<ul> <li>Maintain an organized workflow to ensure creative assets are delivered on schedule</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional team members to manage timelines and set realistic expectations.</li> <li>Adhere to branding, messaging, and campaign requirements throughout the production process.‍ </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Key Metrics: <ul> <li> Click-Through Rate (CTR): Increase CTR through compelling hooks, visuals, and calls-to-action.‍ </li> <li> Hook Rate &amp; Hold Rate: Craft engaging intros and storytelling elements to capture and retain viewer attention.‍ </li> <li> A/B Testing Success Rate: Leverage data-driven experimentation to optimize creative variations and bolster ad performance.‍ </li> <li> Assets Delivered on Time: Meet project deadlines consistently to support timely campaign launches.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul> <li>Proven experience in creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar short-form video content for social advertising.</li> <li>Proficiency in mobile and desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Canva) with a focus on social media ad creation.</li> <li>Understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.).</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive creative improvements.</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with an aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>A passion for staying at the forefront of marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.‍ </li> <li> No formal degree required—we value hands-on experience, creativity, and demonstrable skills above all else.</li> </ul> Why Boddle?
