Overview Responsible for the oversight of patient safety practices, quality outcomes and outstanding patient experience for the assigned region in coordination with other enterprise and regional clinical leaders ensuring national care standards and evidence-based practices. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed.
