You will lead special projects, enhance business intelligence, and provide ad-hoc analyses. As primary liaison with Corporate FP&amp;A, you will keep stakeholders informed and champion continuous improvement within the FP&amp;A department.<ul> <li>Lead and develop the Division FP&amp;A team, providing strategic guidance and support to cross-functional division and regional partners.</li> <li>Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Direct the development and timely completion of the annual budget and bi-annual forecasts, collaborating closely with regional and corporate finance teams.</li> <li>Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial and operational performance, customer profitability, and efficiency, identifying trends and opportunities for value creation.</li> <li>Optimize financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to key stakeholders.</li> <li>Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis, maximizing resource efficiency and organizational value.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate FP&amp;A, ensuring effective communication of regional and divisional updates and FP&amp;A initiatives to leadership.</li> <li>Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clearly articulating complex financial information to facilitate data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Champion and support local and national projects and initiatives.</li> </ul><h2>________________________</h2><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2>Required Education:<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.</li> <li>Master’s degree or advanced certification strongly preferred.</li> </ul>Required Length &amp; Type of Experience:<ul> <li>5+ years of experience in financial management, planning, and analysis. </li> <li>Experience using SAP (S4/HANA, Business Warehouse, BPC) is preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Power Bi or Tableau is a plus. </li> <li>Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or production companies is a plus </li> <li>Experience integrating new technologies and processes into day-to-day operations.</li> </ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities: <ul> <li>Exceptionally analytical with ability to effectively problem solve and develop solutions. </li> <li>Competency in developing and managing financial budgets &amp; forecasts.</li> <li>Clear communicator that is able to translate complex financial and operational information into easily understandable and actionable insights for diverse audiences. </li> <li>Able to lead teams in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.</li> <li>Can effectively coach, mentor, and develop associates.</li> <li>Strong organizational, team-building, and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Ability to articulate a clear vision for the FP&amp;A department that can be developed into an actionable strategic plan. </li> </ul>________________________We care about and support our Airgas Families.
