We use tools like GitHub, Stripe, and PagerDuty, but all of our application work happens on AWS. </li> <li>We use serverless technologies almost exclusively: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Aurora Serverless, and more. We don’t run a single server.</li> <li>We use CDK (TypeScript) to define infrastructure as code.</li> <li>We write the majority of our API backends and EDI parsing engine in Rust.</li> </ul><h2>What you'll do</h2><ul> <li>Lead a high-performing team to new heights by setting an ambitious pace with rigorous quality expectations.</li> <li>Manage daily engineering workflows, monitoring timelines and resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard.</li> <li>Align engineering deliverables with customer needs, partnering closely with Product and Customer Operations to quickly resolve high-priority issues and ensure timely feature delivery.</li> <li>Increase accountability across the team by setting clear performance expectations and regularly reviewing progress to ensure high standards are consistently met.</li> <li>Identify and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency, organizing design reviews, post-mortems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Coordinate operational readiness for incidents and compliance requirements.
