About the job As an individual contributor on the Talent Research &amp; Intelligence (TR&amp;I) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Twilio’s global talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Team is a critical partner to the business and our TR&amp;I team provides crucial insights on labor market trends, talent pools and competitive intelligence that impacts our current and future workforce plans. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and key stakeholders across the People organization allowing them to strategically build and leverage global workforce plans, anticipate market trends, optimally engage talent, and efficiently go to market across geographies and functions. Team members act as consultative partners, using internal and external talent market insights to inform decision-making, candidate engagement, and long-term workforce strategy across functions and regions.
