Within this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be the main sales driver for the Permeation and Package Testing product lines in the territory and work closely with Product Management, Inside Sales, and Marketing Communications to hit budgeted targets and ensure customer satisfaction Management Responsibility: <ul> <li>Playing a key role in the sales growth of the company by achieving the assigned revenue target for the region</li> <li>Review yearly sales plan and update the current quarter’s plan </li> <li>Forecasting of orders and revenue by month, quarter, and year</li> <li>Observing the defects in the sales strategies of the product line and making/recommending improvements</li> <li>Participate in company’s sales meetings and various conferences/seminars</li> <li>Work with Product Management to stay current on competition/technology and sharing regional insights</li> </ul> Territory Responsibility: <ul> <li>Territory consists of US North East territory</li> <li>Managing territory utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools</li> <li>Managing the pipeline broken out by states and product groups and segments </li> <li>Works with customers for forecasting and purchase order gaining</li> <li>Obtain new orders through effective use of in-person and virtual meetings</li> <li>Maintains good relationship with customers and become a resource for them</li> <li>Manages customer commitments and obligations, knows how to close sales negotiations</li> <li>Understand different sales process techniques, or different selling systems, to obtain sales goals</li> </ul> Position is remote based within USA specified Territory, preferably Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or other North East location close to a major airport. Required travel can be 50% or more if needed.
