Your Future Team Our Talent Enablement Team is composed of people who deliver outstanding learning content, engaging talent development programs, and critical enablement for the Customer Support and Success (CSS) organization. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient Talent Program Administrator to join our team. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of training and programs across the Talent Enablement department. You will assist across a portfolio of learning and development programs, working with diverse teams. If you are passionate about supporting learning and development with administrative and logistics skills, we are looking for you. Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $96,500 - $128,700 Zone B: $86,900 - $115,800 Zone C: $80,100 - $106,800 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
