The Discipline Specialists support School Leaders in driving fidelity of school culture systems across the school network, including behavior management, attendance and more. </li> <li> Communication: The Discipline Specialists maintain consistent and transparent communication between scholars, staff and families. </li> <li> Behavior Intervention: The Discipline Specialists supervises the Reflection Room, On Notice Scholars and manages the day-to-day ISS responsibilities.
