Responsibilities <ul> <li>Write regular reports on economic events and their impact on the market</li> <li>Write thought pieces on broader macroeconomic issues</li> <li>Take over primary coverage of key sectors of the US economy</li> <li>Work with Senior Analysts to develop key themes</li> <li>Assist Senior Analysts in creating and updating presentation materials for client meetings and events</li> <li>Develop databases integral to different research products</li> <li>Seek out new, value-added, and/or unusual sources of information</li> <li>Leverage our robust internal data set</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>PhD-level coursework in economics. PhD preferred but not required</li> <li>1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge of Econometrics</li> <li>The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and intense environment</li> <li>Strong writing and spreadsheet skills.
