Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.</li></ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.</li> <li>Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. </li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.</li> <li>Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.</li> <li>Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.</li> </ul> Qualifications Job Requirements: <ul> <li>Graduate of an approved nursing program</li> <li>Current OK LPN License</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certified</li> </ul>
