Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch. We are looking for an experienced startup program and community leader to lead Stripe Startups, our main program for delivering valuable content, community experience and special benefits to startup users. The leader in this role will shape the program roadmap, drive performance, and grow adoption for our products through the vector of the Stripe Startups program. <h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2> We're looking for a product-minded program and community leader with a passion for startups to lead the Stripe Startups program, Stripe’s recently launched, by-application program for early-stage, venture-backed companies. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end program strategy and execution to help ambitious founders succeed with Stripe. This is a senior individual contributor role with a high degree of visibility among users in our startup segment, and among our cross-functional startup team. You’ll help to associate Stripe with the world’s fastest-growing startups through our Stripe Startups community. Though the program is already launched, Stripe Startups is in its early innings. You will be responsible for building our online community and content strategy to support startup operators along their product adoption journey. You will lead the acquisition plan to acquire new program members and drive engagement amongst members and amongst relevant Stripes.
