Location: OKC - Remote <h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul> <li> Serves as primary recruiter for a specialized territory assignment. Generates and cultivates leads to apply to the University. Guides admitted students through steps related to their matriculation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Gathers previous years’ data to assess successful events and methods, identify influences and feeder schools and churches, etc. Works to improve past results at various schools, events, markets, etc. as measured by RFI’s, applications, admits and matriculated students annually. Explores new opportunities and markets to build the pool of prospects annually. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Travels on behalf of the University to connect with prospective students, generate new leads, and cultivate relationships with student influencers. Manages recruitment itinerary to include in person meetings, college fairs, churches, high schools, alumni gatherings, ministry events, campus visit events and other events on or off campus. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Maintains excellent relationship with prospects, admitted and deposited students through point of hand off to Admissions Liaison. Responds to communications sent by students and their families within 24 hours of receipt. Remains a contact to students and their families after hand off as needed. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Regularly accomplishes weekly individual and team goals, and participates in lead generation and registration pushes. </li> </ul> <h2> REQUIREMENTS </h2> EDUCATION: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree. (ORU graduate preferred.) SKILLS: <ul> <li> Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and have an excellent driving record for the purpose of driving university leased vehicles. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Must be computer literate to include: Word, Excel and Power Point. Job Summary The VDC Coordinator is asked to reside in a city where a Flintco office is located or where a VDC manager is located in order to get adapted to Flintco’s culture, as well as receive training, mentorship and support they need from a current VDC manager. Office locations are Austin, Memphis, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Springdale, Denver, or Houston. Essential Duties and Responsibilities All duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Develop clash detection reports. • Manage the coordination process on a project, working with the subcontractors and project team. • Coordinate with subcontractors to assure that milestones are met, and clashes are resolved. • Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team. • Assist with setup and management of paperless jobsites, via use of VDC and virtual plan tables. • Assist in the implementation of company/client VDC Standards on projects. • Assist the project team with the utilization of VDC kiosks and mobile devices. • Develop technical information and presentation material for response to RFP. • Participate in user group meetings for VDC related software. • Assist the project team with various project management tasks as needed. • Provides total commitment to continuous process improvement. • Supports and adheres to the matrix organizational format. • Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization.
