Identifying accounts with overdue payments and keeping records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.<h3>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Increase the collection of outstanding payments within our personal finance department, as an individual contributor in the collections process</li> <li>Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status</li> <li>Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals</li> <li>Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed</li> <li>All in compliance with Goodleap’s collections policies and procedures </li> </ul><h3>Required Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities:</h3> <ul> <li>1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation and persuasion tools</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented</li> <li>Team Player</li> <li>Professional demeanor</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li> </ul>Compensation: $16.00 - 17.00/ hr. + bonus <br> Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions: <br> Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
